5 things you can do to get out of your head and into the present moment
Sometimes, we all could use a little help getting out our heads and into the present moment. I know I need to remind myself of this- more than sometimes.
A classic example of this happening: you’re reading a book, a few minutes go by, and you abruptly realize you have read two pages with no memory of what happened. Or maybe your at work, but you can’t stop thinking about school. Or vis-versa. Perhaps you are having a night out with your friends, and your partner, who is at home, is texting you the whole time…
